Amazon oder \u00e4hnliche H\u00e4ndler.<br \/>\nDamit ist das Buch doch nur ein Nischenprodukt.<\/li>\n<li>Der US-Verlag druckt in Europa in den Niederlanden, bei der Buchbestellung l\u00e4uft die deutsche Webseite nicht ganz perfekt, die erste Sprachauswahl erfolgt in niederl\u00e4ndisch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blurb Buch &#8211; Selfpublishing<\/strong>: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Idee ein Buch in dieser Weise zu erstellen gef\u00e4llt.
